I've been calling since 6:00 p.m. yesterday I was told that my account was reactivated and my password was reset.

Now every time I log into my account : d o n e t t e 3 5@***.com my account will not allow me to access it. I changed my password to 7 C a m i y a 17! I have been trying to access my account since I was sent the confirmation at 10:30 and 11:00 p.m. every single time I log into this account it will not allow me to log in so I can access my tax portal.

I would like for you to call me back and I need the Management's number to allow them to know how unprofessional this is. Every single body else is looking at their balance on their taxes today here I am calling for over 4 hours and still no progress after the manager sent me two and three emails of reconfirmation now it's still not even working. This is poor service it is very inconsiderate and highly unprofessional. I didn't do anything to deserve this I also have a police report with me for battery and I identity theft from my ex-husband.

I taken care of all of this 2 months prior to even failing my taxes I have been following myself employment taxes on hair for the last 15 years. I've been using TurboTax credit karma for the last 3 years. I have never in my life been so embarrassed and had this many problems that I cannot access my tax portal for me and my family and my children. What a disgrace life has always been a disaster every sense of stalker started stalking me in Indianapolis Indiana USA.

I am also contacting the mayor! I am very very sick behind this mental illness it is starting to make me weak and my health where I may actually need to go to the hospital thanks

I was one of those who elected the credit karma spend account for my tax refund, that's where it all went bad. First I had to re order my card from them not once, not twice but three times and I finally received my card about 3 days ago now exactly, this is after my whole tax refund check had been transferred out of my account and into someone else's in which they can't tell me that information!

How did this happen? So I finally get a email from credit karma saying my tax refund had been deposited into my account on the 22 of Feb I think yay even though I still hadn't received my card I think oh well it'll be here in a couple more days well I go to log in my account and I get these weird "we've got a snag" messages so I try a few more times and finally it lets me in my acct only to see that there is zero dollars in it that someone had been in my acct trying to change my info unsuccessfully I imagine because I have the multi factor authorization so you really can't change nothing! Well even that seemed to be flawed because I had to hit forget my password almost every time logging in because my password even tho I know was right wasn't working anyways so I dispute all of it I submit there forms all to find out when I call an check the status they never even started the dispute so i start alk over the lady sees all this from past chats with other reps on my acct i spoke to she has me send copies of my id verifying my identity sees that i didnt recieve my card til way after the money had been gone she gives me a ittle hope emails me a copy of my dispute tells me prrint it sign it take a picture and upload it along with a selfie with my new card so I do all this an she says they should provide me with a provisional credit until yhere investigation is complete. Well today I log in only to see my disputes put into the past disputes area haven't been able to get a hold of anyone all I can do is cry it's been *** from the start all I wanted is my money an then I get a lil hope only to get knocked back down very hard again!

I am so heartbroken an disappointed at a huge loss don't know what I'm going to do financially I was really counting on that money and now don't even know what to do. Hoping they make this right thinking about even filing a lawsuit!

TurboTax works with Credit Karma to get you your tax refund and in doing so they allow you to transfer up to $2500 per instant transfer at a small fee of 1.75% when I received my federal tax income I open my Credit Karma app to transfer out my money I was not allowed to transfer out more than $1000 which caused me to Pay six different fees of $17.50 per thousand dollars. However I should have been allowed to transfer $2500 being that the money that I was trying to transfer was my tax refund therefore only paying two instant transfer fees.

After speaking to customer service, I was told that I needed to have a screenshot of the website stating that I was able to transfer $2500 in the beginning and after a day or two and get some skimming through the frequently asked questions and support tab.

I found the daily spending limits and fees Which they held the information that I needed and so I called back, the gentleman refused to even acknowledge that it seemed pretty sketchy, and he kept repeating himself to me as if he didn't understand what I was saying so I asked to speak to somebody else and his supervisor got on the line Now his supervisor told me that it was an issue that they had experienced because it was a new feature on the Credit Karma app . Why I am the one that has to pay the cost of their malfunctioning system I have no idea, but now I totally understand why there's a class action lawsuit against them as a whole into it as a company altogether I will definitely definitely be adding my name to the list.

I have spent two weeks being told different things having my account reactivated but now with no spend account to link taxes one person says I'm completely verified so verified that my account was reopened but nor verified enough to reopen my checking spend account with them which I'd have if not for the lazy customer service rep who didn't know how to update my phone number so she said deactivate and just open a new account. My refund advance was my only savior from mine and my 4 kids eviction on the 5th.

They will get every bad review I can submit on the internet and now our eviction and homelessness is a direct result of a lazy employee they have representing their company. I am definitely taking this to all the news outlets that I can. Do not use intuit who btw is what tax service I was using how can I file taxes that are verified but not be verified from the same damn company to deposit my taxes? Intuit products are all a scam and should be shut the f down.

They just lost an over 16k deposit and every year in the future to think I have used them for over 15 years and this is how they treat me. Ugh sickening come to find out I am not the only persons dealing with this issue. I feel like they lured ppl into an advance approval to not be able to verify them after they completed the filing forms bc it's their other company. That's how they can control the outcome it doesn't take a genius to see that.

I see more class action lawsuits to come. now I'm in when they do this time
