I inquired to intuit credit karma if thier credit scores were solely thiers or if they actually report those scores to all three national credit bureaus? I was notified by passed consumer.com that my question was received read, and disregarded by credit karma. I believe any company acting in this matter should not be trusted.

I have spent over an hour trying to get a live person on the phone and via chat on the web site and have not received a response or phone call returned. HERE IS MY PROBLEM (beside customer service)
On your web page, my TRANS UNION report needs updating!!
The last report was June of 2023, It is now Feb. 2024, 8 months later!! and there are hard inquiries that needed to be TAKEN OFF as the 2 years have expired, which was last year!!
PLEASE UPDATE MY TRANS UNION REPORT WITH NEWER UPDATES.
My husband has called Trans Union and they have taken all the hard inquiries of 2 years off my report, now CREDIT KARMA NEEDS TO DO THE SAME! Thank you.

The 1 star is for the horrible lack of customer service by phone and the difficulties of their on-line chat service. This (web page) was the only option I had to get a message to Credit Karma.
I asked for a "call back" which I NEVER received and I don't have all night to wait around for a return phone call!! And I had to spend over 30 minutes trying to find some type of phone number for them, which they do not list publicly, and even then, again, they never answered, on hold for a very long time before I was given the option for a "call back", which I never received and it's going on almost 2 hours!!!
User's recommendation: Keep in touch with the actual Credit companies, Trans Union, Equifax, and Experian to make sure everything is kosher with your account.

My credit score is declining due to my beans a victim of a Solar Company misleading me and put me to finance through good leap. I told a loan officer at good sleep that I did not agree with him.
The solar Representatives applied for a so-called solar credit without my knowing how they were attaining it. I told him to send me a copy of what he was looking at.
At this point I saw three items that I knew nothing about. They listed the following for Home: HVAC $15,000.00, Energy Efficient Windows $12,000.00 and Insulation $6,000.00 total of $33,000.00 on top of the solar panels. This after they knew I was not eligible for financing. They gave me a check for $22,500.00.
I hesitated to cash it. Had I known about the above home improvement items I would not have cashed the check. Carlos Buonafino at good leap said they we're not financing me because I didn't have enough equity and my own mortgage company wouldn't do so either. This misleading by the solar idiots ruined me.
I continue to faithful we pay the dips I had before all this started but I have not paid goodly because I feel they should have turned around and approached Smart Energy Solution the solar Company and investigated the Home Improvement they alleged that I was responsible for. I still don't have electricity when the power goes out. Eduardo a tiger from the Solar Company told me they're too expensive when I asked him about it. They're too expensive but they had no problem getting me in debt with $33,000?
Talk about fraud and misleading me good leap didn't care when I said I didn't accept those charges. When the electricity goes out I still have no electricity. And if that's not enough my electric bill has tripled. I am ruined I am sorry for the people that I am already paying my debts to and will Faithfully continue to do so.
I would pray to God that this would go away that they take the solar panels and all this off my back. I submitted a copy of what I got from the loan officer at good leap and I want you to notice the Home Improvement part those three items I didn't know anything about they total $33,000. Like I said when my electricity goes out I still have no electricity what are the solar panels good for? They got me in debt for an extra $33,000 but the idiot that I was being misled by told me that the battery or power wall is too expensive when I asked him about it this problem LYING ABOUT GALSE HOME IMPROVEMENT?.
He became very weary when I approached him about it. He said he was trained to do that it's called a solar loan. My electric bill has tripled. I am ruined.
Without disclosing personal identity I will say they took advantage of me a senior citizen. Beware!

User's recommendation: Be careful don't let this happen to you don't be quiet. Anything like this happens to you by a finance company or such as good leap go to consumerfinance.gov and file a complaint. You can call Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at 855-411-****. I got a very positive response from the young lady that I spoke to. She said to not get discouraged and let others know they need to report. For the solar panels company I have to report to the Better Business Bureau because they do not deal with them only finance companies like good leap. I hope Credit Karma understands and somehow helps me thru this. I did file a complaint with the FTC.

Going forward, see if they will allow you to sign a document that states you are responsible for any withdrawals, fraudulent or not. You will never file a dispute or claim fraud of any type.
In fact they are never to do anything to your account. But you won’t do this.
They want even close my account out they haven’t even reached out to me EVER ARO TELL ME ANYTHING! I don’t know anything or heard anything in a month
