To speak with a live person
I have noticed that on Credit Karma my Transunion updates are between 30-45 days behind what my actual Transunion Credit Report says. I called CK to find out why and they say its because of the Credit Bureau not reporting it and they have nothing to do with it. So Im confusedthe credit report balances are more accurate and current and CK balances (in some cases twice as much) and dates are behind and its not their slothfulness?

I lost access to the phone number and email associated with my Credit Karma account. I could only contact them through the app.
They set up an account with my new email and phone number, but will not move over $300 from the old account to the new account.
This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. My bank says I have to go through the BBB to get my money back.

- Customer service does not help the customer nobody seems to be in a big enough position to operate bank information and they would rather hang up on you than help you

Unlock my savings account
No matter how I try to get thru online,chat or get codes sent to me, I cant thru. Why cant I talk to a person?
I want to unlock my savings account & dont know why it was lock in the first place. You need to have an easier way to get thru to u people.

Because I'm unable to access my Credit Karma account and TurboTax, and I've sent the bank account information over there. My tax returns are supposed to go to the Credit Karma account, but I don't have access to the email or the old phone number.
I am trying to get some help. Unfortunately, Credit Karma can't provide help and I haven't been able to speak to one person in charge of banking who could either reactivate the account or suggest a solution. I can't open a new one because I won't have the same account number and routing number. The problem that I'm facing is that I did not sign up for this; I went to TurboTax to file my federal return and added my own bank information for direct deposit.
However, when I selected the advanced refund credit, TurboTax apparently automatically replaced my numbers and added Credit Karma's information to the account. Now, my refund is being deposited there instead. Further complicating matters, my account has been deactivated. Despite my efforts, I can't get anyone on the phone to help me.
I've messaged seven different people and have spoken with about five others. It's overwhelming and no one seems able to help. It feels as though I am being penalized, being put in an undeserved situation, because TurboTax transferred my money into an account they opened. This isn't fair and now I'm suffering.
My money is going to be late, which is an inconvenience. I am in the middle of remodeling my house and this money was needed. I have been patiently waiting for it.
I don't understand why Credit Karma can't provide the help I need. The money isn't the problem - I just need my account reopened.
- Normally they have real easy banking they handle their business in my federal refunds get deposited

Preferred solution: I would like to be allowed to have access to my account so when my funds get direct deposited I can get them
User's recommendation: Maybe don't file taxes with TurboTax because you'll be putting a situation to cheated on your money or don't bank with credit karma because if you run some problem nobody can help you

Error with setting up an account and starting to use credit karma to build credit
Last week, I sent all my documents needed in order to verify my identity so that I can create an account with Credit Karma, but I still haven't heard anything from Credit Karma. Can you please update me about my case as soon as possible?

Change email and phone number on account

They don't honor the guarentee, never got my 50.00 gift card , nor do they reply with any solution in refunding of not 1 but double charging me for a service I inquired about to help a friend. Was told they couldn't help with request to help with things they will have to investigate further. It's now going on 2 months with the first part of not honoring the 50.00 gift card.
Credit karma trying to take a 1.00 twice from my debit card. When representative did not help my neighbor. Her id got mixed in with mine.

User's recommendation: Do not give consent of a 1.00 for credit karma to do something. Nother got done - the representative hung up with out fixing issues.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It has my old email address and I tried to login with my new email and it won't let me
