Over all the service I received from credit karma was extremely satisfying and willing to help me resolve my issue instantly. Also, the staff was very friendly and considerately fast in time of getting my issue fixed.

Not able to reach a live agent

Quite frankly it was a simple issue. My experience was frustrating.

My issue was finally resolved after about an hour. Through a chat AI? It went back and forth several times.

My call was disconnected twice. A person wouldve been able to solve it a few minutes.

I like credit karma's emails they are helpful and knowledgeable. I'm trying to get out of debt.

My husband died 3 years ago. And he's pension stop. It was difficult to pay just the normal bills.

They don't honor the guarentee, never got my 50.00 gift card , nor do they reply with any solution in refunding of not 1 but double charging me for a service I inquired about to help a friend. Was told they couldn't help with request to help with things they will have to investigate further. It's now going on 2 months with the first part of not honoring the 50.00 gift card.
