Was unable to communicate with anyone to address my concerns this happens all the time and the merchandise is not as advertised my frying pans were advertised as seasoned when they arrived I have to season the myself really disappointing and I donor agree with the refund policy also when I spinners the wheel it read that I won free merchandise when I was about to place the order I had to pay false advertising

I got a new cell phone and my old number wasn't valid anymore. I tried to put my new number into Credit Karma because I no longer had the old phone so I couldn't be verified via text, but there was no way to do thig.

Unless C Karma could text me a code, I couldn't change my number. But I NO LONGER HAD THE NUMBER!
