Credit Karma

Credit Karma debit department and all other departments that I have been transferred to are unable to assist and fix my card to where I can access my money. Money was loaded on the fourth, and I had a frozen account due to a negative balance.

I was told once money was deposited in it, it would unlock the frozen account. It did, 24 hours later. Then, after many attempts that day trying to figure out what the issue was on why my card was still unable to be used, I finally realized that there was a security hold or lock on my card due to my account having a different address than my residential address. We got that issue resolved and was told that the security hold or lock would come off once both addresses were the same.

That was the 5th of February at 3:00 p.m. I went to the store, and the card was still declined. I called back again and was told that the system needs to refresh and update; they were unable to give a time frame as well as an email stating when my account was usable. I was advised to check every couple of hours and try to add my card to Google Pay, and once I am able to add it, that's how I would know that my account was unlocked.

I did that that evening. Mind you, every time I tried to add my card to Google Wallet or to Cash App, etc., it declined, so I had multiple declines on the 5th due to Credit Karma workers having me try to add, instructing me to do this, and each thing that they wanted me to try to resolve this showed up as declined on my account. On the 6th, I had declines on my account because I was told to check every couple of hours to see if my account was unlocked. Finally, on the 7th, I called at 5:00 in the morning because it was still locked.

I spoke with a Credit Karma employee, and she said that the reason why it's locked is due to security from having multiple declines, to wait 24 hours, and not try any attempts on my account, and it should work. I waited the 24 hours. I attempted to try to add my card again, and it did not go through. It continues to say to contact my cardholder.

I figured it was the weekend, so I waited another 24 hours, so 48 hours later, which would be 6:00 this morning; I attempted to add it to my Cash App, and it declined. I called again, and they are not equipped to fix the issue. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I do not know how to resolve this issue where I can access my money.

The money that was loaded was my state refund, and my federal refund will be transferred into this account within this week, so not only will all my funds be on an account that I can't even access, but every single person that I talk to from the customer service phone line cannot help me, cannot give me a timeline, and cannot let me know when my account is usable. They make it worse. I have repetitively explained the issues that I've experienced the past few days over 20 times with 20 different people from Credit Karma. I have reached out to corporate numbers in California and North Carolina.

The California phone number is out of service, and the North Carolina phone number stays busy. I am hoping this message reaches someone that can help me because I feel defeated, and this is my last option to try to do Credit Karmas job for them.

To Move Money from Credit Karma to another account " It has to be One that they Support"

Which here's the thing they don't even support Cash App so they instructed me

Wrong info and I had to do there Jobs for them and figure out MYSELF that it would go through because of that reason

So I seen that they Supported Chime made a Account with them and link the Chime account on My Credit Karma and PAID them $13 to transfer MY MONEY to Chime and It WORKED!!! Now I'm Waiting for My Federal to deposit and See how much they charge to Transfer it to Chime Once I get My Money BEST BELIEVE IM GOING TO POST REVEIWS

I'm trying to open a checking account so I can get my instant refund from turbotax, but the computer keeps telling me that my info doesn't match my credit report, but I don't have any other addresses or any other names. Really need to speak to a live agent, but can't find a number.

I've texted and emailed and still no response. So, I'm having to delay filing my tax return until someone, anyone decides to respond to my requests, so I can continue opening my money account. Absolutely HORRIBLE service.

Myself and a *** of other customers will not be using Credit Karma ever again. Absolutely horrible service for people who really need their help.
