- - Concern my name is linked to Credit Karma and TurboTax; a reset email was sent, and separation for 2 years has harmed my credit score and my taxes look affected.
I don't know if my husband has my name on something. It's coming from a credit card or what Credit Karma is, besides checking your credit.
But you had to reset the link sent to my email, and he has absolutely no promotion near anything of mine. It's awfully funny that Credit Karma is connected to Intuit and TurboTax, and my taxes are looking pretty messed up. He's done nothing but drop my credit score and leave me flat broke, so I really hope it's a mistake and he doesn't have anything in my name, around my name, or attached to me.
We have been separated for 2 years, and that 2 years has destroyed my life. Tack at the 16.

Been over 2 weeks now and still no progress
I changed my phone number and they sent a verification through Mitek. I did the verification at least 10 times and they still won't verify me.
I only have 1 identification card and I look the same in the selfie I had to take, and they still won't let me in my account.
I've done everything they asked. Mitek says I'm verified, but Credit Karma says I'm not, and I'm pissed.

They could not verify my personal information

Credit Karma claimed they could not verify my personal information. I don't understand why that is; I could not open an account because my information can't be verified.
They didn't even ask for my social nor my driver's license. I understand they want to make sure they're opening an account for the right person, but not verifying my information is really upsetting.
