Not user friendly
I called at first to close my back account. They told me that if I closed it I wouldn't be able to open another EVER.
So I tried to order a new debit card. They were unable to do it in their end and told me I had to do it on my end. Why is it so reliant on the Customer doing what they called in for?
All I wanted was a new debit card with out having to navigatean app . I hate computing interactions almost as much as people.

Complaint about my service
I called two days ago regarding my account and to change my password, but the charge was as never made. I also requested a number change Now I'm locked out my account. And when I try to call the customer service number its busy and I cannot even get through to them now, and it has been three days and nothing is working

The 50 dollar Guarantee is a lie
So I applied for mission lane When he said I could apply they took forty two points off my credit score They said if I wasn't accepted that they would give me fifty dollars and now they're doing nothing It's a scam just a mess up your credit score not to mention the kept me on hold over a hour to the point I just hung up they also avoided my emailing them here I sit a month later without What they guaranteed and they messed up my credit score

50 dollars that owed
They said that if I wasn't approved by Mission Lane, they took 42 points off my credit score and didn't honor what was said. After messing up my credit score, it seems to me like fraudulent activity.
They keep avoiding what was said. It's been now a month with no results, except for messing up my credit score.

Avoiding me. They don't answer emails; there are no real customer service people. I was promised a $50 credit because I didn't get a loan, but it was false advertisement.

Can't login
I can't log in no matter how I try. It's really annoying.
I have a new number and phone. I have no way of accessing the old email or old phone number.

Two credit cards on my account that I never open
I checked my account and there are two accounts. That I never opened.
