I got a new email and a new number. I just want to build my credit.

I am using a new email. And that's why I can't log in to my account. Can you please help me with my new email and my new phone number? My old email was marilysierra89@***.com.

My new email is Marilynsierra89@***.com. I'll try everything, but there is no way that I can access my Credit Karma account.

I can't log into my account because I have a new email and not my old one. I don't have access to my old email anymore, so I need to update it with my new email.

I have an new email and phone number and no longer have access to the old number and email that was letting me log into Credit Karma

Nobody answered the phone, and I don't like the fact that nobody can help me. I’m struggling at a very bad time, and I really need help trying to change this number because I have a new number.

I can't get into Credit Karma, so I'm stuck going in circles.

I've been doing this for 5 days straight, and I'm not getting anywhere. Can I please get some help because I need it badly, and this is not very customer service-like?

I paid for a credit repair, been trying to get my info corrected on my account. But niw Im being told my account is closed. WHY?

I tried to login to change my phone number and it wont allow me to do so. I can sign into Credit Karma, but when I go to change the phone number, it says that it cant change the phone number.

Didn't help at all I was very disappointed with the service. The options it give you don't help with anything it's a waste of time

Every time that I try to sign in, the site wants to send a code to my phone. My phone is not able to receive texts and it refuses to send the code to my email.

So I am unable to access my account. I am still unable to log in three days later and have pretty much have given up.

Someone opened up a credit card under my name and there's and address I didn't put and my name wrong there using my Info

Crap customer service. Had to verify my id to change my phone number.

They would not accept my current state id as verification. They finally locked my account, then refused to unlock it because i could not verify a code sent to the same phone number i was trying to change in the first place

Dose not Respond to complaints, hard to talk to somebody, bad customer service, two longer wait for responds

I haven't been in my account in a few years. I need help to try to check my stuff to know my credit. I don't have that email no more also, so if anyone can give me a call at 813-393-****.

So I payed my credit karma 20 I owe but still saying I owe 10 then on top of that u cut my direct deposit off SMH

Assist me in how to get my ID downloaded to get into my account and change my phone number. Overall it's a great app
